Prayer is an integral part of our worship experience at GBI Antiokhia. We gather together 3 times a week as a corporate body to pray and fast for the presence of God to continue to intensify in our Church and other Churches throughout the Indonesian mainland. This is a time where we believe for lives to be radically transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit in our midst and many people are delivered, healed and empowered during these meetings.
All are welcome to attend our corporate congregational prayer sessions on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.
Our weekly prayer and fasting schedule is as follows:
Tuesday morning @ 6:30am
Thursday morning @ 6:30am
These two corporate prayer sessions are held in the Church prayer room and all are welcome to attend. These are always a powerful time of getting closer to the Lord, encountering His amazing presence and being filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit. Many people's lives have been radically transformed through the intense glory that we experience during these prayer meetings.
Saturday morning @ 6:30am
This is our weekly congregational prayer and fasting session. From 6:30am to approximately 12:30pm we pray, sing, dance and are taught from the word about key issues in the lives of believers. From Friday lunch each week through to Saturday lunch we devote ourselves to concerted prayer and fasting for the Lord and the power and presence of God experienced each week is absolutely incredible.
We also hold a pioneer prayer meeting on Tuesday and Friday. This prayer meeting is open to the Pioneers of the Church only and during this time we follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, interceding for specific issues in the Church and members of the congregation. Many powerful spiritual breakthroughs take place during these strategic prayer times each week.
